Sono Alessandra Rizzi: statistica, programmatrice e cloud engineer. I’m Alessandra Rizzi — statistician, software developer and cloud engineer.

Unisco tre competenze: statistica, programmazione e cloud AWS. Così posso seguire un progetto di intelligenza artificiale dall’inizio alla fine: dall’idea al modello, fino alla messa online. I bring together three disciplines: statistics, programming and AWS cloud. This lets me follow an artificial intelligence project from start to finish: from the idea to the model, all the way to going live.

Cloud e intelligenza artificiale stanno cambiando il modo di lavorare, e in fretta. Da statistica so che nessun modello prevede il futuro con certezza: però possiamo costruire sistemi pronti ad adattarsi e a reggere gli imprevisti. Cloud and artificial intelligence are changing the way we work, and fast. As a statistician, I know no model can predict the future with certainty: but we can build systems ready to adapt and to withstand the unexpected.

Basta un solo cigno nero per smentire mille cigni bianchi. Per questo, progetto pensando anche a ciò che non è ancora successo. A single black swan is enough to refute a thousand white ones. That is why I also design for what has not happened yet.
